Notice to Citizens

NOTICE TO CITIZENS

The Town of Cardston has applied for funding under the Provincial Disaster Recovery Program to assist those affected by the recent storms.  At this time funding has not been confirmed.  There is no guarantee that we will receive any funding from the Province.

Any residents who have experienced flooding or damage due to the storms, should take the following steps:

First, contact your insurance company to see if you have coverage for the damage caused.  As sewage backup insurance is available it is not covered under the provincial Disaster Recovery Program.

If you have no insurance coverage for the damages sustained, contact the Town of Cardston at (403) 653-3366 to register your property.
